As
I stated many times, I was very, very impressed with the efficiency
of your company, the wealth of knowledge of your website, and
the extremely wonderful customer service!
Each
time I spoke with you, you were very thorough, and was sure I
understood the pertinent ends and outs. There was never a time that
you or Jen did not quickly respond to my inquiries. I was so
impressed even at the early stages of my research & loan process
with your excellent service, that I started telling my family and
friends about your company and I hadn't even got approved yet. I
felt the personal touch from Day One to the end of this loan
journey, of which I must add the process really didn't take as long
as it could have.
I
was also impressed during my loan process that you TOOK THE TIME TO
CALL ME just to let me know that you were going to be out of town on
a mini vacation for a few days, but could still be reached by email
if needed. That phone call really made me feel special, and put the icing on the cake of your brand of excellent customer
service! That caused me to talk about your company even the more. I
was truly impressed.

partner Jen was great as well too as she maintained follow through
and helped the process to run quickly and smoothly. And what contact
I had with Rebecca was efficient as well. I gained a great deal of
respect for your company and the way you have put it together.
I
must say, that knowing your type of business is indeed busy, yet and
still the service & attention I received from your company truly
made me feel as if I was your only customer. And I say this
truthfully.
I
would highly recommend your company and services to anyone looking
for a Mortgage. You all were terrific! Your services far EXCEL any
