HOW LONG DO WE KEEP USER INFORMATION?
We never keep user data on our server or in our archives.  We will only keep pertinent loan information i.e. loan applications, credit reports, pay stubs etc. on our computers and in storage only as long as allowed by each states Banking Commissioners policies. We may alter this practice according to changing requirements. For example, we may delete some data if needed to free up storage space. We may keep other data for longer periods if the law requires it.

CERTAIN EXCEPTIONAL DISCLOSURES
None. American Advantage Mortgage Inc. will never give any current, or potential clients, Non-Public-Information (NPI) away to any organization that is not directly involved with actually helping that client get to Settlement, i.e. Title Attorney, Lenders Underwriter, Credit Bureau, etc.  AAMI is sensitive to your concerns regarding privacy and security.  Our Mortgage Application is developed to ask only the necessary questions so that we can get you the best rate possible for your loan. In addition, it is our policy, not to sell or rent your data to any other company for the use of your personal information. The information you provide is used solely for the purpose of securing your loan.  For your security, our on-line Application form is automatically coded so that the information you supply travels over the Internet in an encrypted format and decoded once we receive the information.  We are committed to protecting your personal and financial information throughout the entire process.
